The Terse Public License Family (TPL) is a family of, as the name implies, terse licenses for public content on the internet. It was inspired by things like the Unlicense and the WTFPL. I think there should be similarly terse licenses for things other than a strict public domain dedication, and I think there should be licenses that aren't pigeonholed into the software-art dichotomy. The TPL is generated for each user, so each user can specify the relevent language and license type.
